The effects of organizational ambidexterity and justice on organizational learning

This study examines the relationship between organizational justice and ambidexterity with learning. paper also evaluates effect of on learning strategies employees in cause-effect measure perceived support bi-directionality 645 family firms operating Istanbul have been analyzed Structural Equation Model. Findings demonstrate that organization's ability concept organization had an indirect positive perception support. highlights companies using their generic knowledge skills increase effectiveness innovation activities. The exploratory development capabilities a company make significant contribution to personal company.
